Run A 5k Without Stopping- Beginners 5k Program
Have you always wanted to run a 5k? How about running one without stopping? This program takes you through 10 weeks of training with a 5k race at the end of the 10 weeks to test out your ability to run the entire race without stopping!
You must commit to running at least 4 days each week, 3 days on your own and 1 day with the group. We will meet Saturday mornings at 9AM each week at The Great Guernsey Trail for the group run. The other 3 days you will run on your own and be held accountable for those runs. You will be added to a group where I will provide you with the running program each week.
The cost for this 10 week program is $100, with a $20 deposit (the $20 is part of the $100 total cost).
