Bootcamp

Bootcamp is for women who love to train in a supportive group environment, and for those looking for a serious fitness and fat loss boost. Each workout is different from the last keeping things interesting and fun. All fitness levels are welcome. Workouts consist of group/partner workouts, circuit drills, battle ropes, stairs, tractor tires, kettle bells, weights, interval training and much more!!

So come ready to sweat and work hard and see what Bootcamp is all about. I promise if you don’t think you can do it, you can!! You will be toning muscles, working on your cardio/stamina, losing weight, gaining confidence, improving your health, and having fun with other local women!

Bootcamps are offered at two locations:

Cambridge, OH
Currently classes are held at the Cambridge City Park.
Barnesville, OH
Currently classes are held at the Thompson Building (440 Watt St Barnesville, OH 43723).

First Class FREE | $10 Drop In  | 10 Pack, 11th Class Free = $80 ($7.27 Class) | MONTH UNLIMITED = $80 (If 4 Classes Per Week / $5 Class)

PACKS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE BELOW OR IN-CLASS AND MONITORED IN THE MEMBERS AREA.
